If I’m honest, I completely forgot and remembered it 27 times, relived some traumatic childhood memories, picked up a new hobby, ate a pint of ice cream, dissociated for 36 hours on the couch while rotating it in my mind, reinvented my identity, and got this whole other project done that I’ve been avoiding for two years

when you die, all the processes in your body slow down and come to a halt before starting to decay. which means if you were to revive someone from the dead, necromancer-style, you’d potentially have to kickstart their entire system back up from a state of inertia. which means it almost certainly would not be pretty. i’m talking coughing up clots of blood, nauseatingly intense migraines and muscle cramps, and all the sensory overload that would come with firing up the body’s engines from frozen cold to fully functioning all guns blazing in the matter of seconds it takes to cast a resurrection spell.

opla zoro is generally more quiet and reserved than baby manga zoro, but i have to say him just laying claim to black clothing in syrup village despite literally only having worn black that episode and then proceeding to spend half of the next episode trapped down a well and trying to climb out, whilst having dramatic flashbacks, and then walking in the wrong direction away from the house whilst trying to find it is honestly the most Peak Zoro behaviour

i may have my complaints about the live action characterization but it doesn’t get more Zoro than this
